No-Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Botanic Body Yoga. Please read this No-Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. All Sales Final
   All purchases of retreats, memberships, masterminds, classes, and any other services or products offered by Botanic Body Yoga are final. Once a purchase is made, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for any reason.

2. Non-Attendance
   Failure to attend or participate in any scheduled retreat, class, session, or event does not entitle you to a refund or credit. This includes instances of personal scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or any other reasons for absence.

3. Cancellation by Botanic Body Yoga
   In the unlikely event that Botanic Body Yoga cancels a retreat, class, or event, participants will be notified promptly and provided with options for rescheduling or receiving a credit towards future services.

4. Transfers and Rescheduling
   Purchases are non-transferable. Rescheduling is not permitted unless explicitly stated in the terms of the specific service purchased.

5. Acknowledgment of Policy
   By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No-Refund Policy.
