This is a 1:1 mentorship container designed and devoted to lovingly supporting you to establish your center of Inner Alignment:

Through 8 weeks devoted to your process of Inner Alignment we will:

Build foundations of deep understanding and self-acceptance for your unique body constitution and how to properly balance your wellbeing on a physical, emotional, mental + energetic level
Liberate you from body-stored emotion, trauma imprints + limiting beliefs and patterns through Soul Retrieval healing sessions and somatic practices
Transform your relationship with your mind, body, emotional nature, soul and all of life, ultimately empowering you to heal and realign the way you live and experience life from the inside out
Empower you to trust your instinctual and intuitive nature, turn within for guidance and wisdom, and be your own source of love, power and fulfillment

Weekly Healing & Transformation Sessions

Receive loving and intimate guidance through your healing, and genuine support in integrating your experiences.

Guided Practice & Video Teachings

Expansive and extensive teachings about mind, body, energy and soul that will forever change the way you experience life. Utilize guided practice videos at your own leisure, all content is yours to keep forever.

Support Between Sessions

Besides 1-1 session each week, you will get text support and optional daily check-ins to keep you accountable and feeling supported in whatever way is best for you.

How it Works: The 3 Phases of Transformation

Phase I: Realign

Build a foundation of safety, self-understanding and acceptance, and inner balance.

This phase focuses on transforming your relationship with your body, mind, and emotions.

Phase II: Alchemize

Transform wound and survival based constructs of belief and identity, release body-stored trauma and emotion, and liberate yourself from inner constructs that suppress and confine you to unfulfilling patterns.

In this phase, we go deep. You’ll explore and heal the layers of your subconscious and childhood programming that keep you stuck:

• Shadow work & integration: uncover beliefs and patterns rooted in wounding, trauma, or survival

• Weekly soul retrieval sessions to heal and clear the root of unresolved subconscious and body-stored wounds

• Transform your relationship with your ego, mind, and fear-based patterns

• Energetic and karmic healing to release unresolved past hurts + karmic loops for yourself and your lineage

Outcome: You liberate yourself from limiting patterns by the root, develop emotional resilience and sovereignty, and restore your inner harmony.

Phase III: Liberate

Embody your authentic power, trust in your instinctual and intuitive wisdom, and become your own source of guidance, discernment, love and fulfillment.

With old patterns released, this phase is about embodying and living in your authentic power:

• Develop your relationship with your soul essence. and inner wisdom

• Embody the energy you wish to attract and manifest through the law of attraction

• Release habits of force and control, develop deep trust within yourself and learn the art of conscious co-creation with life

• Align with your values, truth, and authentic self-expression

• Expand your spiritual perspective with Earth School teachings: learning to see meaning and divinity in all experiences
