Women's Embodiment Workshop is a sacred space designed to empower you to cultivate a more loving relationship with yourself, develop your sensual and playful nature, embody more of the FULLNESS of who you are with confidence and joy, and share nourishing sisterhood connections in a heart-centered tribe of women.
🌹We’ll begin by co-creating intentions and setting gentle boundaries, welcoming each woman fully into the space. After heartfelt introductions, we’ll drop into the body with sound and a guided nurturing self-massage, softening tension and inviting relaxation. This is a powerful practice to heal any wounds you may carry surrounding self-love, body image, shame or body-held trauma, and cultivate a deeper sense of safety, love and acceptance within yourself.
