Self-Care Sunday with us at our Sunset All levels Yoga Flow + Sound Bath Meditation at Upham Beach


You can expect this class to be a well rounded journey through strengthening, opening and restorative postures to reduce stress, and support vitality and flexibility. Classes are always catered to the immediate needs of our students!


What to bring:

  • Yoga mat &/or towel

  • Cushions or blankets for sound bath (if you want)
