Sunday Sagrada Sound Ceremony is a fully immersive sound healing experience designed to guide you into a deep state of meditative relaxation, where your body can restore, rejuvenate and recharge. 

Allow the frequencies of sound healing instruments, and utilizing your own voice through mantra to bring harmony & healing into any wounds or blockages in your being - physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual.

Join us every first Sunday at 1:00pm for Sound Ceremony, and recharge for the week ahead!
