About the event
This is a fun and playful partner yoga workshop designed to give you good stretches and laughs!
Different from acro yoga, partner yoga is about using the support of each other to get a good stretch, and create cool shapes with our bodies.
We’ll begin with a short yoga flow to warm up the body, followed by an opening circle to get to know our community before we dive into all the fun!
Grab a friend, or come solo - No experience level required!
Wear yoga clothes, and bring a yoga mat if you have one - if not we have some for you to use.
