Kundalini Yoga & Sound Bath

Kundalini Yoga is one of- if not the most ancient self-healing tool known to humanity. This sacred practice dates back to the oldest scriptures ever recorded on our planet, teaching us how to harness and channel our divine energy to catalyze healing and radiant vitality in our bodies.

In our Kundalini Yoga classes you can expect to practice a mix of physical postures and movements, breathwork, and vocal activations to regulate the glandular systems of the body. Each class will end in a sound bath with gong, crystal bowls, chimes and drum.

We invite you to come open minded and ready to expand your awareness in this safely and lovingly guided practice.

OneLight Central is equipped with yoga mats and bolsters, unless you prefer to bring your own. All you need to bring is yourself, and some water to stay hydrated.
