About the event
Good Vibrations: A multidimensional healing & heart opening sunset journey with Cacao Ceremony, Yoga, Meditation and Sound Bath, located at Upham Beach.
Come connect in community, experience the bliss of heart opening, and activate expansive energy within through sound!
Our journey will begin at 6:45pm with a Cacao Ceremony featuring our delicious, single origin sacred Cacao from Peru.
At 7:15pm we will begin an all levels friendly heart opening Yoga practice for heart opening and detoxification.
At 8:00pm the Sound Bath Meditation will begin, with the event ending in a closing circle at 8:30pm.
What to bring • Your favorite mug for Cacao Ceremony • Yoga mat • Cushions, blankets, pillows, or anything you’d like for warmth or comfort.
