About the event

Our Good Vibrations journey will begin at 6:00pm with a Cacao Ceremony featuring our delicious, single origin sacred Cacao from Guatemala.

At 6:30pm we will begin an all levels friendly heart opening Yoga practice.

At 7:15pm the Sound Bath Meditation will begin, ending at 8:00pm.
