Join us for a Sunday Soul Circle & Cacao Ceremony ☕️
🙏🏼 Sacred Cacao Ceremony: A heart opening medicine circle where we will connect deeply with the gentle medicine of Cacao to cultivate heart coherence, embrace our inner resource of Love, and purify stuck energies from the heart space.
🪷 Soul Circle: The portion of our experience that brings the group into a heart-centered space of connection through sharing of stories, and intuitively channeled movement and energy expansion practices such as gentle breath work, vocal activations and movement.
