The Anahata experience will take you on a profound journey through Sacred Cacao Ceremony to spiritually open the heart, Pranayama (breathwork) to activate the energy body, Mantra (vocal activations) to cultivate new neural pathways, Movement to energetically cleanse, Alchemical Heart Expansion practices on forgiveness, compassion, giving and receiving to heal the heart chakra, and deep soulful connections with others.
